Innovative Hygiene Concept Enhances Product Safety and Process Stability
With a comprehensive hygiene upgrade, VIROBUSTER® has elevated the air quality in a production facility of an internationally leading food manufacturer in Turkey to a new level. This project is part of an international success series - our concept has already been successfully implemented at five other European locations.
The new system combines an Air-Hierarchy concept with overpressure zones and the “Factory-in-the-Tube” approach for sensitive process areas. This significantly reduces contamination risks, extends product shelf life, and simultaneously strengthens process reliability - without structural modifications and without restrictions for employees.
Independent measurements confirm: the air and product quality have significantly improved. The manufacturer thus benefits from a future-proof, flexible solution that requires no major structural interventions and guarantees the highest hygiene standards.
